Justin Pelsinger is a partner and Chief Operating Officer of Charney Companies. He brings extensive experience in equity/debt structuring, investment analysis, project management, and underwriting. He has managed over2 million square feet of residential and commercial projects throughout NewYork City and is currently overseeing the development of 2 thousand apartments and over 1 billion dollars in capitalization. He oversees all arms of Charney Companies.

Justin was honored as a recipient of the Commercial Observer's “Top 30 under 30 of Commercial Real Estate". He has authored numerous industry-focused publications and has spoken on issues relating to real estate development at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Justin earned his bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
