Justin Pelsinger

Justin Pelsinger serves as a partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Charney Companies. A seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in real estate, Justin's expertise spans across equity/debt structuring, investment analysis, project management, and underwriting, with broad visibility across all operations at Charney Companies.

Justin has managed the development of over 2 million square feet of both residential and commercial projects in New York City. He is currently overseeing the development of 2,000 additional apartments with a total project capitalization in excess of $1bn. His responsibilities extend to supervising all aspects of Charney Companies.

Justin has received numerous acknowledgments and honors within the real estate industry. Most recently, he was named one of Crain's 2023 Notable Leaders in Real Estate. Justin is a frequent contributor to real estate focused trade publications and industry events. Additionally, he has returned to guest lecture at New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate on several occasions. He also sits on the Executive Committee of the Smeal College of Business Real Estate Advisory Board at the Pennsylvania State University.

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
