Evan Huang

Evan Huang is the Director of Business Development for Charney Companies where he will oversee growth and expansion initiatives for the firm while also leading new development sales for the Charney Brokerage.

Mr. Huang has over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate brokerage and investment. He was previously at The Shopping Center Group and Tungsten Property where he was personally responsible for over $50,000,000 in gross sales. He is also the co-founder and managing director of Velocity Capital Group, a private-equity investment firm focused on multi-family investments.

Mr. Huang co-founded the critically acclaimed restaurant Baohaus which had branches in NYC and LA. He and his family were the inspiration behind ABC’s hit TV show, Fresh Off The Boat. Mr. Huang is also a content creator who is becoming one of the internet’s most exciting new voices in real estate and architecture.

Mr. Huang is a graduate of The New School and Parsons School of Design where he studied Geopolitics and Service Design.
